Daniel Calderon was born and raised in Illinois. Seeing drawings of superheroes and mythical creatures inspired him to create art of his own. He grew up reading comics and playing video games. His family was supportive of his passion for art. With his illustrations, he create stories with interesting plots. And he makes characters with unique personalities.

Daniel Calderon will graduate in December of 2025 with the BFA in Illustration.
